I dunno about local places... I've been doing a bit of research on places that'll ship 'em to ya... If you do a quick google for something like pcb printing, you'll get a ton of results, a lot of the places real cheap, too!

If you just want to try a few things, you make just want to print your own.  I've never done it (although I've been meaning to), but there's a ton of tutorials on the interweb about making your own PCBs.  Aparantly, it's also not-too-tricky to solder surface mount devices on to them, either!  (Hint: use a toaster over).
