One thing you might try is to reboot the PC, wait for the OS selection
menu to come up, and see if there's an option there to change the
default OS.
Another thing you might try is to edit /boot/grub/menu.1st . There
should be a line that says something like
default=0
Change this to
default=1
or whatever the index of the menu item that you want to be the default is.
Note that I haven't tried either of these methods myself...
