You know better than that, Alexey.  :-)  1 is the natural base - you can't
use it as an artihmetic (or multiplicative) base...

Sure you can, it's easy. 11 * 11 = 1111, 11 * 111 = 111111, etc.

1 10 100?  Doesn't work.  You still have a degree of freedom.
