[UM-LINUX] copying files from linux to windows partition

I have a dell inspiron 9400 with gentoo and windows xp installed.  I
want to copy files from the linux partition to the xp partition (ntfs
partition).  What tools do I used to do this (I download windows drivers
and programs from the linux side.  No way do I want to connect to the
internet thru windows)?
