[UM-LINUX] changing file modification times & dates

	I have already tried apropos time, date, and file, with no likely 
suspects turning up.

	Is there a utility to modify the date & time of modification of a 
file? Or is there a way to have cp carry over the date & time of 
the original file? (man cp didn't turn up anything, either.)
