I appreciate the vote of confidence! I don't think there's much material for a 3.0.0-focused "Part II" because the only fundamental change in 3.0.0 was the addition of incremental recursion, which I already mentioned. The remaining changes (such as ACL and extended attribute preservation, iconv conversion of filenames, and lots of bug fixes) are pretty straightforward; there isn't much to say about them. On the other hand, if anyone wants to go into more depth on rsync's features and options and how to use them effectively, I could try to put together a second talk along those lines. Matt
