I would suggest Damn Small Linux (http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/) which
will boot from CD or USB stick, can mount Windows volumes, and be used
to rescue sick Windows systems.  What I don't know offhand is whether or
not it ships with ClamAV in the default configuration -- but I do know
that it's possible to customize that configuration to include whatever
tools you wish (and will fit on the media you have).
