Then it sounds like would be a good solution if *you* were looking for a calendar program. In my case, I want to share my calender with a few select people and would prefer to minimize the the number of people in the loop, so putting a publicly traded company or its many employees in the loop is suboptimal. I'm not saying I'm dead set against it, but the whole point here was to explore the other options first. Nick
