That should not be about temprature, i face this when I first power on the board -board is cool-. I do not lose connection once i connect. Fan is working by the way. Status leds may be more informative. When i see this problem, after a few seconds of initialization(leds blink in some order), board is stuck in a situation where leds A to F are all on. G is off, H and I are on, Led 4 is on, but Ethernet leds(5 and 6) are off. I cannot ping the device. Then i just push the reset button, after that i can ping the device, this time leds D, F, G, I, 4, 5 and 6 are on, others are off. Now I can ping the device, board functions normally.
