Hi Yavuz. Could you test DC supply voltages and control points when all right and in case of faults, just to compare?
It looks strange that led G isn't light, since it's hardware LED of GPS module. So, it should light continuous or blinking when locked. Please test 3.3V supply of GPS too. This voltage regulator also working for clock circuits, so it might be cause of your issues.
