[Unattended] Modify ISS file

Hi   I need to modify a couple off ISS files. My problem is that ISS is wonderful if you know how to work with it. I would like to use the files but I need a final prompt somewhere so I can know when the next update shall execute.   How do you folks install drivers and apps with ISS files if you can't control when the installation is finished?   /D
