Well... There are many companies which make their money by supporting open source products. Red Hat is perhaps the most prominent, but there are lots of smaller ones.
As long as the source code remains free, I do not see a problem. That said, I am not sure Unattended has enough users to make paid support a profitable option. On the other hand, the source code is available to everyone, so really anybody could offer paid support on a "consulting" basis. Ryan, could you be more specific about what you are looking for in terms of support?
