I agree with you. But then I thought:

1) use same version for the isoimage and the tftp.

2) pxelinux.0  comes from the syslinux package either you need to find 
it on the system or get the one unattended provide.

3) no one force to use the version on the tftpboot

If others think that I should revert it back, I am happy to do so.
