His font is still useful for testing purposes (Thanks, James!). But, since
you were asking, it just took me about 2 minutes to create and test an
input method (for test purposes - only three characters, but it can easily
be extended) using Tavultesoft Keyman 5. I managed to type a few Deseret
charcters into WordPad (using RichEdit 4) on Win98 (made possible by
WM_UNICHAR). I couldn't view the characters with James' font on Win98, but
I saved the file, then opened it in Win2000, and there were the Desert
characters.


Oh ye of little faith...
