I note that the definition of combining sequences in TUS 4.0.1 was updated to
include ZWJ and ZWNJ, but still not CGJ, in the middle or at end of a combining
sequence. This is shown in the list of changes. Has there been an agreement made
to accept CGJ too? Or is this question in the decision pipe for a later vote
during some next UTC meeting?
