[Unicon-group] How to build executables on Win?

[Majorinc, Kazimir]

I have just installed VC 97 on my Win XP, downloaded Icon and Unicon 
source. Is VC++ 5 good enough? I suppose it is.

What should I do now?

I.e. which source code files I need to group together into projects to make 
executables - now I can only compile them, but not link. Do I need to set 
options on particular way, because compiling produces lot of warnings, or 
it is OK? Anything else I should know?
