Being a complete amateur I would like to find a dictionary or glossary of terms used in high-level language manuals. I am thinking of terms such as 'closure' and such like. These are probably familiar to postgraduates in computer technology for whom the manuals are written. Often when such terms are explained they prove to be quite simple, having been mysterious and arcane.
Can anyone recommend such?
