Here's another little puzzle that's fun do in Icon/Unicon.
(In this case, the solution I have is Icon-compliant):

Write a program that reads strings from standard input
and outputs those strings with the letters rearranged in 
alphabetical order.

So for example, given the input "aardvarks are ant eaters",
the output would be "   aaaaaadeeeknrrrrssttv" (note the
3 spaces at the start).

As a second challenge, write a similar program that outputs
the letters in "dictionary order"...
