HOSTING:
I really don't care who hosts it but wouldn't it be easier to just use Sourceforge. That way if anyone ever gets tired of maintaining it they can just pass it on to other uniconers and or several people could maintain the site.


WIKI:
I like wikis but most of the time with a community of this size the wiki would probably not be put to good use. It might be easier to just have a unicon cgi that maintains a forum for discussion, allows people to post programs or tutorials.


SOAP/RPC/XML:
All this sounds nice, I honestly don't know which is best or easiest. I wouldn't mind adding an extension to UI that could browse the repository. Other IDEs do similar things. Like Dev-C++ with the www.devpaks.org website.


I know that group is growing and I think many of the new and experienced users would benifit from a source code repository.
