You have to be careful with this type of letter.  In particular, the
statement "The letter carriers attitudes are poor,..." is too general.
Although that is true for some carriers, it is not true for others. 
Your return address identifies your specific carrier and you should only
make that statement if it really applies to your carrier.  In fact, I
believe that the problems with the P.O. are really management issues;
that's why some branches work fine while others.... well, just look at
Kingsessing!
