We have used him twice now, one to do our 80 foot high mansard roof
(replacement of the whole roof) plus sealing all of our in-line guttering
and again to patch of our mostly flat porch roofs.(2 separate projects) He
guarantees all of his work. We've been fortunate enough not to have anything
go wrong, other than that of a mansard window in the attic that was detached
from the roof. I believe he could have told me about this to prevent a leak
(which we needed a carpenter to fix), however I am unsure if he even knew
about it. He is honest, knowledgeable, and fair. (he didn't soak me on the
fact that some estimates we got were for union members needing to put up
scaffolding--which would have cost me an additional $8,000 more) This was
the first repair we did to my home 19 months ago; we got about 7 estimates
ranging from $5000 to $32000, all for basically the same job.
