My issue with Reiter was that I called him out to give me an estimate on replacing my
porch roof, and when he called me he had gone up onto the main roof of my house, and
insisted on giving me an estimate on that, rather than the porch roof. The porch
needed doing, too, but he told me that my house roof was over 15 years old, in really
bad condition and that it hadn't been silvercoated in years. Funny, since I had done
it the summer before, and know from when I bought the house that the roof was only 6
years old then (therefore 9 now). I didn't use him for the porch roof, either - his
estimate came in at three times all the others I got.

I recently posted about a bad experience I had with Reiter. He has some very
inexperienced guys working for him. I had to call them back 3 times to fix a rain
gutter they installed, and it will never be right.
