Wayne's for the alignment and either Wayne's or Sammy's for the inspection.
Both are real good and recommend each other and are priced fairly. My wife's
Honda recently went through inspection at Sammy's where Ray, the mechanic,
told me that I would need to replace my steering rack soon because of a
leak. He knows I like to do my own work so there was no pressure to have him
do the job. When I finished the job I took it to Wayne's for an alignment.
Wayne would not do the alignment until he was sure that he would be able to
road test it (clear streets). Both of these guys are honest and have
tremendous integrity.

DO NOT go to pep boys for work on your car. They will cause more damage
through incompetence, things like over-torquing your lug nuts to the point
of stripping them and then tell you that your lugs were stripped and have to
be replaced or not doing the work they say. Their mechanics might even work
on commission.
