I know that we've already covered this issue recently, but I'm having trouble getting
the info out of the archives.

My oil burner in my furnace is stinking up the house for some reason. I had Lewis
Hoffman come look at it, and he said we have some special kind of burner that needs a
special nozzle. When he left, we realized that the furnace is now _more_ broken
because it is now not responding to the thermostat at all. Very nice guy but I think
he made our problem worse.

All I am looking for is one of those smart, experienced furnace people to come into my
basement, assess the situation, claim that he's seen this a million times before, make
me a recommendation and give me a good price for whatever we agree on.

What was the consensus on furnace people? I just called Goffredo. Was that the only
name that came up?

Thanks,
E
