HOW WOULD YOU EVALUATE THESE THINGS AT A PUBLIC MEETING? The meetings are to explain the process and the ramifications, to answer the public's questions, and to get the public's opinions. You are again giving out false information, Brian. Last year, I wrote to you privately and said that I would be willing to change my opinion about having a local historic district, if you could show me that a large number of residents, neighbors, owners, (whatever affected parties you want to show) OPPOSE the district. I said that I just hadn't seen numbers - only you, Al Krigman, and Sharrieff Ali over and over again, and a couple of other people occasionally. I asked you to please show that there was opposition - and you never wrote back to me again. I wonder if you are as casual with your numbers as you are with your facts. If not, let's see the numbers! How many people oppose the creation of the district? Melani Lamond ---- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to the list named "UnivCity."
