no, not really.  I don't have an ezpass, but not because I'm afraid of being tracked; I simply don't use toll roads or bridges much at all.  If someone's trying to track me, they'd be better off tracking my buspass.  Of course, if SEPTA shuts down during non-commuting hours as they are threatening, that'll change fast.
 
I'm just making a comment on the tenor of the conversation.  I am constantly amused how polarizing motor vehicles are in any community.  One can hate traffic, but not consider alternate methods of transport.  One can hate poor driving behavior, but justify running a redlight because the "yellows are too short".  The list goes on but it is amazing how one's perspective changes when they are sitting behind the wheel and are frustrated at their seemingly slow progress through the city.
