There's an older (60ish), slight, stoop-shouldered man who has been feeding cats around the neighborhood for many, many years. He often has a "cat carrier" with him. I used to see him frequently on the Penn campus while walking my dogs in the late evenings.
Does anyone know who I mean? Anybody know his story?
