My point was that the article reference by A.K. talked about concerns over
how the University's proposed "land grab" was already forcing down property
prices, whereas, in UC, we all know that since Penn decided to abandon the
Fordham University urban planning model (i.e., build a really big fence) and
began to invest in the neighborhood, real estate prices have increased at a
greater rate than almost any area in the metropolitan area.  Obviously, my
sarcasm was lost on both Mark and Ray.

I think maybe jonathan and mark are missing the point of
al's post?

unless they have some definition of 'unlucky' and 'owners'
and 'venture towards' I'm missing?
