Whats up Doc.

Are you using a rheostat/dimmer on any of the switches? They tend to work only with specific versions of the CFL's; when they are used, you get no power or the annoying flicker of flourescence. (I recently converted all of the bulbs in my house to CFL and - besides there being more bulbs than I imagined - encountered this problem several times.)

In all of the cases, updating the switch corrected the problem.

Hi,

I have a few light fixtures in my house that work fine with incandescent
bulbs but don't work with flourescent bulbs. When I install the flourescent
bulbs they turn on about 10% of the time. I have other apparently similar
fixtures in the house that work fine with the same flourescent bulbs.

Anyone else experience this problem?

Thanks,
Doc Bulbs
