>From abc: WEST PHILADELPHIA - June 18, 2007 - Philadelphia police now say a man who was found dead on the roof of a multi-story building was murdered, apparently during an all-night party on top of the building.
Chopper 6 flew above the scene Monday morning along the 200 block of South 49th Street near Locust. Police say the victim is in his late 20s. They say he was beaten beyond recognition and left on the roof of the building. Homicide detectives are interviewing a number of people who they say spent the night up on this roof drinking and partying. Then, a fight broke out around 6 a.m. Police say that's when the victim was murdered.
