The 18th District is suppoed to maintain a list of the cars towed and where they were moved to (if they were towed for street maintenance).

Her car has disappeared, but whether it was moved by the road crews, stolen, or moved then stolen, she doesn't know. It was at 43rd and Chester. Hopefully it's still within a few blocks of there.
