The fact is, John did cooperate in the beginning, I don't know what happened later, maybe an attorney told him to stop talking or due to some unreasonable pressure by UCD, but something transpired to cause the negotiations to shut down and John to be perceived as "no longer" cooperating. Wasn't it reported somewhere (or am I just putting 2+2 together and getting 5?) that the severance agreement between John and UCD imposed a gag order on both parties? If so, John should be keeping mum, and Wendell is in violation because of what he said in his UCReview interview.
