Well, I¹m sorry to hear that.  I¹m not going to provide any ³tangible facts²
other than the facts that should be obvious to anyone who looks at the
location, that should easily see that an eleven-story commercial property in
that residential location is wholly inappropriate.  Concrete estimates????
As I stated in a post to Frank, it¹s not my job to figure out how to make
Penn¹s or Lussenhop¹s poorly-planned investment work.  That¹s not my
responsibility or my problem.  If you respect me less for it, oh well.  Me,
I wonder why you are so concerned about their interests over mine.  I
invested in my property ­ financially, emotionally, spiritually,
politically; assuming that I was investing in a residential neighborhood.
Why is my investment any less important than theirs?  Aside from the obvious
dollar value?  Is that all that matters?  Why aren¹t you running my numbers?
