"So it is hard to overstate the change in mood, in vibe, in the very dynamic of Cedar Park occasioned by the opening in that firehouse of Certo's reimagined Dock Street craft brewery and its modest menu of wood-fired pizzas, burgers and salads."

haha -- the author of the article concludes:

4 years ago ucd's baltimore avenue revitalization project was telling us this:

"If you take a look at the 4900 block of Baltimore Avenue,
it was a barren landscape," Grossbach said. "Now, you have
new trees planted, a new bakery opening up and the Firehouse
Market remodeled." ...

Another concrete accomplishment of the project is the
revival of the Firehouse Farmer's Market at 50th Street and
Baltimore Avenue, which as recently as last July stood half
empty. "Now there are six merchants on the first floor, and
it's fully occupied," Masser [ucd's corridor manager] said.
