Correct. I never attended any 40th St. planning meetings because I was not interested and didn't have to go. I saw no point in it for me. You wanted to know what Penn Praxis' role is in such ventures and now you have tools for learning.

Anybody can suggest an alternative use for any given address in the neighborhood ... but who cares what they suggest? Suppose people on a listserve suggest an alternative use for your residence -- why should that matter to you or your landlord? If somebody is serious about an alternate use for a building, they should bring their business plan to the owner. Imaginary business ventures do not interest me.

meanwhile the 40th street development is "the kind of neighborhood planning game you see no point in playing", and you can't suggest a use for 40th and pine besides the proposed 11-story hotel for out-of-town guests.
