In addition to the sign below being removed, the Satterlee historical marker along Baltimore avenue was stolen for a second (third?) time, and has been MIA for some time now. This *seems* to have gone largely unnoticed.

Sometime between Sat night and Sunday morning this past weekend someone removed the bulletin board that was attached to the back of the "Welcome to Clark Park" sign at the 44th and Baltimore park entrance. All that would have been required would have been a square-drive screw-tip and a cordless drill, 15 minutes and oblivious passersby. Unfortunately, that's all that would be required to dismantle the fine kiosks which the Friends of Clark Park installed. Did anyone notice anything that, in retrospect, may have been the thieves in the process of stealing a useful vehicle for free speech in the park?
