The Philadelphia Historical Commission will hold its 554th Stated Meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 10 October 2008 in Room 18-029 in the municipal office building at 1515 Arch Street (One Parkway). The meeting is open to the public and all are invited to attend and participate.
In addition to its regular monthly business, the Commission will hold an informational session on its historic district designation program. As an introduction, the Commission’s staff will provide an update on the current state of the program including the status of the pending and anticipated nominations. The Commission will then discuss the program; the public is invited to participate in the discussion. This is an informational session only; the Commission will not discuss the merits of or take action on any district nominations. Jonathan E.
