It's important to look at power imbalances and abuses, when you wish to consider the causes of incivility on the "UCLipServ." Remember, most dirty little people can not show our civility at closed BID steering committees, or closed Master Plan Steering Committees, or closed Clark Park Partnerships, or closed Spruce Hill zoning committees! Crazy ranters and criminals only have our vital "UCLipServ" to expose secret plots against our neighbors and community. So no is the answer. This common decency concept is not possible in the midst of ongoing bullying, exclusion, betrayal and injustice in our community. Can you please tell me the time, date, and location of the next closed secret Clark Park Partnership meeting?
