Did anyone go to the so called "zoning hearing" run by Penn Praxis and
Greenberger, of the Penn City Planning Commission?
Several of us on the list have described the cynical fake "democratic
process" used by Praxis to deceptively support their propaganda du
jour. I was out of town when I read that they were running the last
"public hearing" about zoning changes. Obviously zoning reform means
doing everything that Penn Real Estate wants for its corporate cronies
around the city.
Did any of the honest people on the list go? Please give a report to
the public listserv.

PS: For newcomers. Penn Praxis provides a false dichotomy of solutions
billed as the only solutions to a given issue. They invite cronies to
weird public meetings avoided by thinking people. They set up a game
for participants to argue about their false solutions which will be
twisted by their ridiculous statistical analysis to support everything
they always wanted. Any thinking participant feels betrayed and
deceived by this fake democratic process.
