Forgive me for misinterpreting your post.  I really did not think Principals 
had that much decision making prerogative; especially with a new CEO and the 
jettisoning of students from schools being closed like Drew to make way for the 
Drexel initiative.<br /><br />Principals are under fire more than ever.<br
