I've only just seen this.

Robin, I'll be giving everything a try if needs be. One thing's for
sure, I'm not doing another install of Mandriva 10.2! I think I've done
5 installs now and still got nowhere.

I can't believe SlimDevices would release a linux version of SlimServer
that doesn't work unless your system has x, y and z already on it. I'm
sure other software houses would either warn you during the install
that x, y or z weren't there and ask you to get them, or else they
would automatically add them during the install. And I'm sure it'd be
the latter, especially with Windoze software.
