I tried the ebuilds on amd64. Everything builds fine, but I can't manage to start the database. /etc/init.d/slimserver prints OK, but it does not get actually started. I rerun it, but still nothing. I put the log of /var/log/slimserver on attachment. Note that I used an overlay, I did not directly untar the ebuilds onto portage directory. Any idea?
