I rebooted, and tried adding slilmserver debian main in synaptic repositories. I did not get the error message, but still can not find new slimserver to install in synaptic.
So I copy and past the URL from SD page. I add it to synaptic repositories, I reload, then do a search in synaptic for slimserver. The results of the search still show slimserver 6.3.0-4 (which is of course what I installed the first time).
