Those permissions all look OK, but from the log file there definitely seems to be trouble with both the database and permissions on loading LazySearch.
I wonder - have you just upgraded to SqueezeCenter 7? It might be worth trying to delete the server cache files - they should be somewhere like /var/cache/squeezecenter. Note that this might affect your server/plugin settings so you might want to take a copy of them first in case you need to reset them later (I can never remember where the actual settings are stored!). Make sure there are no slimserver processes running before restarting the server (either slimserver.pl or scanner.pl). Also, clear the server log before restarting so we can be sure we can see all the messages. If you have a go at that and it's still causing trouble then to save cluttering the forums email me the log to "stuart at hickinbottom dot com" (don't worry about the size) and I'll take another look.
