Just a small note, because I overlooked it myself after I did the upgrade.
When performing an upgrade to 9.04 the reference to the SqueezeCenter sources will be disabled. You'll have to edit the /etc/apt/sources.list and remove the comments the upgrade process added. Other than that, I was able to upgrade my machine to 9.04 without any problems. SqueezeCenter runs as well as it did before, if not a bit faster.
