What erland said. You're gaining virtually nothing by using both NICs on those PCs. Use one NIC, place everything on the same subnet, and use the router as your gateway. Attach the PCs and NAS to the gigabit switch. Link the switch to the router. Static IP addresses, DHCP with dynamic addresses or reservations makes no difference - all are easily handled in this configuration.
