I've finally made some progress with btheadset output.

The only way I've been able to get this to run again on the Pi is by
running the binary direct from the command line AFTER the btheadset is
switched on.

I'm working on this pretty much in the dark - I have no idea what impact
the -z daemon option does: for example, if I start the binary with the
default output and -z, then it works.  If I combine -o btheadset -z ,
then squeezelite doesn't run.

As it stands, using truehl's install seems to limit the output to the
default.

Looks like I'm stuck with a wired analog output until somebody more
linux aware than me can figure out a procedure.
