My LMS is restarting constantly saying that there is another instance of
the server running already.

At first it did not recognize my music folder, though it was in the
default path /home/user/Music, with all permissions intact. After many
uninstalls and fiddling around it finally got the files from another
NTFS slave drive set to mount on boot. It played fine for  a couple of
days on a SBT attached to the network. Now LMS says that it can't find
the player. The player is  connected, it can play internet radio, it can
play USB, but it cant connect to the desktop server.

>From the time it failed to recognise the music files till now when it
fails to recognise the squeezebox touch, the log file is made of the
following lines, repeated interminably.
