Right. And the OP has already said -"I have downloaded the LMS software from the Logitech website but when it installs I can't see it anywhere"-. So the first basic diagnostic is to see if it is running on the Chromebook, which is easily checked by opening the web interface. It is also easily checked via "ps aux | grep squeeze" , but a lot of people find checking the web interface is easier.
