In testing repo. Following on from yesterdays patch from Michael to
speed-up browsing new music from the webui, (which is now in git), he
has also started looking at optimising other potential performance
issues, specifically browsing music folders containing a lot of items,
and asked for feedback. 'BMF Performance Tweaks'

Both of these areas should be particularly beneficial to us, as a) being
the "geeks" we are likely to have large music collections of 10's or
100's of thousands of tracks, rather than a casual user with a small
library, b) running LMS on the WB we are not using the most powerful
hardware in the world which tends to highlight performance issues, and
c) we are likely to have our music collection mounted via a network
drive, introducing another performance hit. I have my fingers in too
many other pies to be able to devote any time to testing LMS, but I
would suggest that while Michael is looking at "areas" that are of
specific benefit to us, if we have people who can test and give him
feedback, let's do it!
